  2. Many of our pieces are made to order, so cut-off dates vary by piece. Check our Christmas order dates before you order.

    Australian orders over $300 ship free with express post and signature on delivery. Orders under $300 are $12.50. Orders over $2,000 are sent with DHL/TNT. 

    Engagement rings come with a complimentary resize. Fine jewellery rings can be resized for a small fee. Contact our team for more information.

    For Christmas, unworn pieces can be exchanged or returned for a gift card until 11 January 2027. A 10% handling fee applies to exchanges and returns. Engraved and custom pieces, earrings, and engagement and wedding rings are excluded. Read our returns policy here.
